“A new Wild Ground offering — rooted in over a decade of holding space for families, caregivers, and real-life rhythms.”
We’ve created this small, supported group to help you steady your nervous system, reclaim a bit of space for yourself, and reconnect — with your child, yourself, community and the more-than-human world..
This is our beta round — an early, gently guided version of a deeper offering. Small in size, relational by design, and shaped by the lived experience of parenting, caregiving, and navigating life in the messy middle.
WHAT YOU’LL GET INSIDE
You don’t need another course full of shoulds.
You need space. Rhythm. And something that fits inside your real life.
-
Gentle, lightly held online sessions (approx. weekly). Come to be witnessed, reflect, or just listen. Replays available.
-
Simple, nature-connected prompts to ground and re-orient. Think: 10 quiet minutes with a cup of tea or a tree.
-
Not about “fixing” — these are tools to help you notice, pause, and find your way back to what matters.
-
This first round is small and collaborative. You’ll help shape what this becomes — and be part of it from the ground up.
The ECO-SYSTEM Journey
This isn’t a linear course — it’s an eco-system.
Each week, we explore a different layer of relationship, beginning with self and moving outward.
-
Tending your own sensory and emotional landscape
This first week is about turning your attention gently inward — without pressure or expectations. It’s a space to check in with yourself: What do I need right now? What parts of me feel tired, restless, or quietly asking for care? What small things bring even a flicker of steadiness or ease? You won’t be asked to fix or change anything — just to notice and make room for what’s true for you in this moment.
It’s about beginning with kindness and curiosity toward yourself, planting the seeds for the rest of the journey ahead.
-
Meeting your child with curiosity and clarity
This week is about seeing your child through a different lens — not as someone to fix or manage, but as a whole, complex being with their own story. We’ll explore what co-regulation actually looks like in practice, how to stay present through meltdowns or shutdowns, and how curiosity can be a game-changing parenting tool.
We draw on neuro-affirming approaches, attachment theory, and lived experience.
And we hold space for the truth: that some days are really hard.
You’re not doing it wrong — you’re doing something deeply human. -
Navigating repair, rupture, and rhythms at home
Every relationship holds moments of rupture.
What matters is how we come back. This week is about repair — what it looks like, how to find your way back to each other, and how to build rhythms that support your unique family system.
We’ll explore how sensory needs, sibling dynamics, transitions, and practical boundaries can be supported with compassion (for your kids and for you).
Not perfect homes — but homes where connection can live. -
Reweaving yourself into the wider relational web
We aren’t meant to do this alone.
But so many of us are. This week is about widening the circle — looking at support, community care, and our relationship with the more-than-human world.
We'll gently explore how isolation, burnout, and disconnection impact parenting — and how to begin reweaving something more spacious.
Nature is threaded through this week, not as a place to escape to, but as a relationship to tend — even if your access looks different than it used to.
You're already part of the web. This is a place to remember that.

FAQ
What’s a beta round?
This is the very first time we’re running this group — and you’ll be part of shaping it. It’s not rough or unformed — it’s thoughtfully designed, but open enough for your experience to influence how it grows.
do I need to be calm or ready?
No. This is for the messy middle. Come as you are.
Do I need to be outdoors?
Nope. You’ll be gently invited to connect with place, even if it’s a plant on your desk or the feel of your breath.
Is this neuro-affirming and trauma-informed?
Yes. We prioritise spaciousness, consent, and care. Wild Ground has always centred access and inclusion — and with Azadeh’s trauma-informed practice, you’ll be well held.
How much time do I need?
About 1–2 hours/week, but it’s flexible. Show up in ways that work for you.
