An introduction to Stories from the Living World
Stories from the Living World offers young people the opportunity to spend time being with nature through journaling, artplay, and mindfulness. These creative nature immersions are designed to support curiosity, reflection, and self-expression in outdoor environments.
Each session is a stand-alone experience. Young people may attend one session or multiple sessions, depending on interest and availability.
Sessions
Session 1 - Wednesday 7th January (11-4pm)
Upper Mtns. Acrylic and the strength of light and shadow.
Session 2 - Wednesday 14th January (11-4pm)
Upper Mtns. Pastels and colour richness.
Session 3 - Thursday 15th January (11-4pm)
Upper Mtns. Mixed media, multisensory exploration and adventure.
Location
Each day will be in a different location in the upper mtns.
