Join us for a day celebrating autumn, apple season and cozy campfires!

Families will have the opportunity to practice making fire using flint/steel and bow drill techniques.

We’ll also dive deeper into fire safety with a visit from Katoomba Fire and Rescue. Families will have the opportunity to see the fire truck and equipment and have a go at the fire hose. We’ll be learning about fire safety and management and play some games.

The day will also include a communal campfire, bush cooking and some delicious apples!
