Join us for a day of shelter building and all things knots!

Families will have the opportunity to practice a variety of knots. We’ll learn some basic knots (eg. figure of eight, bowline, slip knot, clove hitch), along with some easy rope lashing techniques (eg. square lashing to join two sticks/logs together)

We’ll also practice making our own cordage from natural fibres
